ASCE OC Publications: Mentorship Mid-Year Check-In in the Perspective of Protégé

Updated: May 27

ASCE Orange County's Mentorship Program hosted a Mentorship Mid-Year Check-In event on April 10th at Hangar 24, located in Irvine, CA. The event served as a check-in point for mentors and mentees to catch up and mingle with each other. The casual environment, complete with appetizers and refreshments, allowed this year's pairings to get to know each other better. As young professionals, the mentees benefit from the program each year by learning from more experienced engineers about the industry and how to better succeed in our workplaces and careers. Like the program, the event was an invaluable resource for developing our networks. A huge thank you to the organizers for hosting this event!
