Water is an essential part of life so let's celebrate world water day.

Water is important for every human, animals and plants. I believe water is better than any drinks because it gives a lot of benefits to our body like energy and health.

Everyone should drink water because it's essential for body function and also it bring nutrients and oxygen. Another reasons why water is good because hydrates our skin and it helps our digestion and also regulates our body temperature that's why hydrating is very important to be healthy.

Additionally, water improves our blood circulation, in fact when we have bad blood circulation it could cause brain damage or death in minutes.

Another key point why we need water, is cause if you don't know our body is 60% water and 80% of our blood is composed of water. The worst part about no drink water is that without hydration we can only live around 3 to 5 days. Also when we don't have a good hydration, our head hurts and we have body fatigue besides muscle cramps.

To prevent dehydration we need to drink at least 1 to 2.5 liters of water per day. A fun fact is that there are a lot of fruits and vegetables that contain water, which makes them a great sources of hydration.

As you can see, those are a lots reasons of why is water an essential part of life and we need to drink it now that we know all the benefits and consequences.

I want to invite you to celebrate the world water day. I believe the best way to celebrate this day is by remembering everyday to use only the amount of water you need.

To me, the world water day is special day because it teach to people to take care and protect the water.

This celebration draws attention to the importance of clean water and also reminds us of the 2 billions people around the world are leaving without access to safe water.

To summarize, I think that could all protect the water for the next generation.
