Our Power, Our Planet: The Time is Act Now

Act now to save our planet. If we save the oceans, we save ourselves.

Along with this, global warming happens from humans burning fossil fuels that causes greenhouse gas concentrations to rise that increases global surface temperatures, which increases heat, drought, and insect outbreaks. Also, global warming causes tremendous and dangerous wildfires and increases in drought which harms food production, human health, and etc. This truly shows how humans affect the world by how they live by showing the production of burning fossil fuels. It should be noted that water levels rise because of global warming and causes floods like in Hawaii. Also, global warming is rising faster than it was 100 years ago because of human activities. Furthermore, around 33% of sea level rise is because of ocean warming of about 90% and the other 66% is because of melting land ice that flows into oceans causing water levels to skyrocket.

In solution to saving our planet, we should use electricity wisely and only use it when necessary. Also, instead of using your car, you could walk or ride your bike. In addition to saving our planet, eat more vegetables to get rid of greenhouse emissions. As well as that, reduce, reuse, repair, and recycle decreases energy consumption. Lastly, only chew what you can chew because throwing it away causes greenhouse gasses.

In conclusion, human decisions decide if the earth will get healed. If we keep using fossil fuels and electricity and cars, global warming will increase. So, go out there and save the earth from global warming!
