E-Week features many initiatives to empower future engineers. One way we do this is through service, and making these greeting cards was the perfect way to impact our communities while adding in a bit of STEM flair. The Community Service committee organized the Creating STEM Greeting Cards event at Zephyr Rail to make cards for children undergoing pediatric care. We had dinner, crafted the cards together, and made an impact. Our members enjoyed being able to give back to their community while having fun together! We hope to do more events like this as a way to provide joy to kids! A special thank you to Zephyr Rail for allowing us to meet at their office and for participating in the card-making. In this lively picture, our club’s participants can be seen proudly holding their creations!
