On Thursday, November 13th, the ASCE OC YMF mentor and protégé pairs were officially revealed during the Mentorship Reveal and Kick-Off Event held virtually on Zoom. The Mentorship Program Committee presented what to expect throughout the program, including general rules, expectations, and suggestions to enhance the overall experience.

Following the presentation, participants who had been paired together were organized into breakout rooms. These sessions provided an opportunity for mentors and protégés to officially meet, discuss their goals, and establish follow-up check-ins tailored to their schedules. To ensure the program's success, participants are encouraged to meet regularly, either in person or virtually, at least once a month to maintain consistent communication and build strong connections.
Looking ahead, the Mentorship Committee is excited to announce plans for a special joint Happy Hour Event with the Women’s Transportation Seminar’s Mentorship Program on Tuesday, November 18th, exclusively for program participants.
