ASCE OC Mentorship: 2024-2025 End-of-the-Year Banquet

On Thursday, August 7, 2025, the ASCE Orange County Mentorship Program hosted the 2024–2025 Mentorship Cohort's End-of-the-Year Banquet at the Back Bay Conference Center in Irvine. The event welcomed 20 mentors and mentees for an evening of celebration, reflection, and recognition.

Guests enjoyed a warm meal of Italian pasta catering while sharing conversations and memories from the year. A highlight of the night was when mentors and mentees shared heartfelt testimonials about their experiences in the program, highlighting the professional growth, guidance, and friendships that developed throughout the year.

To honor their participation, each mentor and mentee received an official certificate of completion. The evening also featured group photos, capturing the camaraderie and connections built through the program, as well as raffle giveaways with exciting prizes that added a fun element to the celebration.

The banquet marked the successful conclusion of the program year and served as a reminder of the value of mentorship within our ASCE community. We thank all mentors, mentees, and volunteers for their time, dedication, and energy in making this program a success.

We look forward to seeing everyone again in the upcoming 2025–2026 Mentorship Program and continuing to build meaningful professional and personal connections.
