ASCE OC Mentorship: Mid-Year Check-In Happy Hour

On Thursday, April 10th, the ASCE Orange County Younger Member Forum (YMF) Mentorship Committee hosted a fun and engaging happy hour at Hangar 24 in Irvine. Mentors, protégés, and a few committee members came together over appetizers and drinks to relax, catch up, and check in on how the mentorship program has been progressing.

The evening was filled with great conversations, laughter, and opportunities to strengthen mentor-protégé relationships. It also allowed participants to reflect on their goals and adjust as needed since the program's kick-off event.

Bhanu Karuturi is a Civil Engineer at Mott MacDonald. She received her BS in Civil Engineering (CE) from India in 2020 and MS in Construction Engineering & Management (CEM) at The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) in 2022. She is currently the Co-Charof the ASCE OC YMF Mentorship Program Mentorship Committee. She recently moved to Southern California and is excited to be involved in the ASCE community.
